You can use Visa, MasterCard or American Express to pay for any plan, either monthly or annually. Your card will be billed automatically at the start of the billing cycle. We can also invoice you annually, on request, with checks and wire transfers for payments over $5000.
All data is accessed securely through 256-bit encryption. Geographically-distributed rotating double backups are performed regularly, allowing to safely restore your data if a disaster occurs. Access to physical data storage locations is protected by multiple layers of access security, including biometric locks and 24/7 interior and exterior surveillance.

For payment processing, including automatic billing, we use an industry-standard gateway, that encrypts all card numbers with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit encryption. PGP or GPG are used to encrypt all communications and verify signed messages. It’s certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the most stringent level of certification available in the industry.
As an account owner, you pay for people who contribute to your applets - your team members. You can have unlimited guests free of charge. Guests are those who receive and read updates, and participate in discussion within the comment sections, but who don’t create applets, nor contribute any updates to them.
Go to ‘Settings’ then ‘Billing’ to easily manage your collaborators’ status and switch any of them to a guest (guests are free), whenever you need to. We believe in fair billing, which is why we went the extra mile to implement a flexible payment scale for the users you add and remove. If you’ve removed or added a new user, we’ll be fair, calculating correctly for the remainder of the current billing period. If you have unused credits upon adding a new user, or at a start of new billing cycle, we’ll draw them against your credit balance until it runs out. Only then will we start charging your credit card.
